I hope you can join us for one of our favorite rides this Saturday. Please download and print out your own cue sheet, GPS file, and overview map for the ride directly from the DCCenturyRides blog, http://dccenturyrides.blogspot.com/
Just click on "Cue Sheets" (on the left side of the page), and you'll find them there! If you're unable to print the cue sheet yourself, let me know and I'll bring a hard copy to the ride start for you. I won't be bringing extra copies of cue sheets to the ride start unless you email me directly and advise me that you're unable to print out your own.
Here are the juicy details:
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2012
"OVER THE HILL WITH DOCTOR DISC," starting from the Weis Market parking lot in the Amber Meadows Shopping Center at Opossumtown Pike & Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland. **MEETING TIME 7:45 a.m.** This little gem of a drunken sailor route was designed many years ago to celebrate Chuck's 60th birthday. Even though we've both been "over the hill" for more than a few years now, we still love the ride and will continue to offer it at least once a year until we're so old and feeble that we can no longer get OVER THE HILL. The ride heads east from Frederick, with an abundance of scenic views, tight turns, sweet and squirmy little one-lane roads, and a plethora of exhilarating HILLS. Lunch at Tony's Cafe & Pizzeria in Taneytown. Rest stops in Union Bridge and Libertytown. 100 miles, with 3 little optional shortcuts. Estimated elevation gain 6500 - 7000 feet. Here's the link to the interactive RWGPS map and elevation profile:

Please DON'T use the "cue sheet" to the left of the screen on the RWGPS map! The actual cue sheet is posted on the DCCenturyRides blog, at http://dccenturyrides.blogspot.com/.
